The service
The Shops sells ready-made ecommerce stores. A request on this website is not a binding purchase until we confirm details and payment with you directly.
Delivery
Stores are delivered by personal handover of the source code. There is no automatic download.
Support
Each purchase includes one month of free bug support from handover, covering bugs in the delivered website. Other work is quoted separately.
Setup and changes
Publishing and domain setup are optional and cost between $10 and $30 depending on your setup. Custom changes are charged by scope and agreed before work starts.
Ownership
After handover and payment you own your copy of the delivered store. Third-party assets, fonts and libraries remain subject to their own licences.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use a purchased store for unlawful activity or to resell the code as a competing template marketplace without our written permission.
Liability
We deliver stores as described on their listing page. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected store.
