You can cancel a request at any time before the code is handed over, and no charge applies.
After handover
Because the store code is delivered in full, completed handovers are generally not refundable. If the store has a bug we cannot fix, contact us and we will find a fair resolution.
Setup and custom work
Setup and custom changes are quoted before we start. Work that has not begun can be cancelled; work already delivered is charged.
